DIY ALOE AVOCADO FACE WASH Directions: Add 1.5 ounces aloe vera gel to the bottle. Add ½ ounces avocado oil. Add 4 drops Frankincense essential oil (Boswellia carterii) Close the bottle and shake gently. To use this soap-free face wash, get your skin damp with warm water, the way you would normally do when washing your face. Put a little of the face wash on a cotton round and use it just like soap—spreading it all over your face in gentle massaging motions. Then rinse with warm water. Shelf life is about a month.

DIY HONEY FACE MASK Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of Raw Honey The mask is beneficial with just using pure honey, but you can add other ingredients to your liking. Some people like to mix in the following ingredients: avocado, aloe, lemon juice, egg white, olive oil, coconut oil, or yogurt. I’ve added lemon juice before and it can help to brighten skin because lemon is a skin lightener. Directions: 1. Apply to skin and leave on for 10 to 15 min. Some prefer to leave it on longer, up to an hour. 2. To remove the honey face mask, apply a little coconut oil on top and massage it in. This will help the honey to come off easier and aid in moisturizing. Then rinse
